Third-Party Software Licenses

We utilize various industry-standard and specialized software tools, frameworks, and components from third-party vendors to deliver high-quality services.

Proprietary Software: For tools that are not open source (e.g., operating systems, commercial databases, security applications), we maintain valid and current licenses as required by the software vendor.

Open Source Software (OSS): We frequently use open source libraries and components. When we do, we fully comply with the terms of their respective licenses (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0, GPL). A detailed list of specific OSS components used in a custom solution can be provided upon request as part of the project documentation.

Our Intellectual Property

Any custom software, unique code, methodologies, or intellectual property (IP) developed by NANCODE for our clients is covered by the specific terms outlined in your Service Agreement or Master Services Agreement (MSA).

Generally, we grant our clients the necessary non-exclusive, perpetual licenses to use the specific deliverables we create for them, while NANCODE retains the underlying copyright and ownership of the foundational code, frameworks, and general tools.
